Dagger Provisions Return Policy

We stand by the gear we sell. If there’s a problem, we’ll make it right — but we don’t do returns just because something doesn’t fit quite the way you thought it would.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be accepted if:

- The item arrived damaged

- You received the wrong item

Returns will not be accepted for:

- Items that are the correct size as ordered, but don’t fit as expected

- Sale items

- Custom or personalized gear

- Gift cards

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition you received it

- Unworn and unused

- With tags and original packaging

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact us at daggerprovisions@gmail.com to initiate a return. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send any items back without prior approval — they won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something’s off — damaged or not what you ordered — contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
